So, after your 10 ranked matches, you should have your first few weapons and all of the ranked done, so skip to player matches afterwards. I recommend the settings for 25 kills since nearly every weapon will need 25 to get the corresponding achievement with. Take turns with your friends and exchange kills. Basically, your best bet is to start off with the ranked matches in deathmatch first since you only have to win one of them and play 10 in total, leaving 9 to play.

I found that the best map is country house since you have every weapon on it and you don’t have to run around too long to find each other. I recommend doing this with 4 players, but actually it also works with just 2. Multiplayer is completely dead, so you will need to grab a boosting buddy. The entire multiplayer for 2 people to get all achievements takes about 2.5-3 hours. As for the ranked games, if the person going for the achievement is the host, the other person can quit out and the host gets a win.

Set the kill limit to 100 with unlimited time and you can do 4 weapons in 1 game and your opponent can do 3 weapons plus 24/25 kills of their 4th weapon. So that's where you want to meet up for kills except for the leach gun and spider grenades, which are both found in the basement. Portals drop you right in front or real close to the Bar from chapter 1. I found the level Roundhouse an easy level, all weapons are found there as well. Team deathmatch wins count as regular deathmatch wins too. Here is an addition written by Lefty24 in our Prey walkthrough forum: There's an easier way to do multiplayer and it takes only half the time.
